Christmas in San Diego

We spent Christmas Day with Matt's family. His kids knew the drill for Christmas; they woke up super early, but had to wait for the adults to wake and for Grandma and Grandpa to arrive. Samantha had no clue what was happening. She spent some time up on the staircase while presents were being opened. She kept calling my name to want me up on the stairs with her. It took a few minutes to get her back down and open another present.Claire loved Samantha's Little People Pet Salon. She sat there and blow-dried that dog's hair over and over again.
After the pandemonium of opening presents, Jason and Sam had a heart-to-heart about Christmas. I'm not exactly sure what they were talking about, but it was so adorable!

Ah, the mommas and their babies. As seen earlier, Sam got Twin babies for Christmas from her cousins Marina and Maika. Christmas morning, Claire and Julia got strollers for their babies. A struggle began to in sue as Sam wanted a stroller, so Jason had to quickly put together the double stroller for Sam's twins.

Still trying to figure out the rotating thing.

We had a great time playing with the new toys, going to the park for Sam and Claire to ride their new tricycles, and hanging out with everyone. Matt made great breakfast burritos made with Green Chile sauce from New Mexico he was saving for a special occasion. Becca made a tasty white bean and chicken chili for dinner. We had lots of sweets and loved every second spent with those we love!

It looks like you guys had a great Christmas. Samantha is too adorable with her baby dolls and stroller. Brooklyn was pretty obsessed with her stroller as well. I can't believe how big your nieces and nephews are all getting. I'm glad you guys were able to spend Christmas with family. We are extremely jealous. What are you guys doing for New years? Vegas?
